Ayesiga Steven Rafael, professionally known as Promoter Rafael, is a Ugandan music promoter, digital marketer, distributor, publisher, and content creator with over 10 years of experience in the entertainment and digital media industry.
Born on February 15, 1994, in Mukaswa, Kabarole District (Fort Portal City), Uganda, Rafael grew up in Fort Portal, where he was raised by his mother, grandmother, and father. His passion for music, branding, and digital growth led him to build a career centered on artist promotion, strategic marketing, and music distribution.
Recognized for his results-driven approach, Promoter Rafael has played a key role in increasing artists’ visibility, pushing music to national charts, and supporting award-winning projects within Uganda’s entertainment industry.

Promoter Rafael began his professional career at the age of 20, relocating to Kampala, Uganda, where he officially entered the music promotion industry.
In 2019, he expanded into digital music distribution and publishing, working closely with artists and producers to ensure their music reached wider audiences across streaming platforms and digital media channels. His impact gained national recognition through frequent mentions by top Ugandan artists and features on major music platforms.
